How often do you deliver?

Our pedigree Berkshire pork is available fresh once a month. Orders received on or before Thursday 21st October will be included in our next scheduled delivery which is Tuesday 26th October.

Will all of my pork be fresh?

We aim to deliver fresh pork during our order/delivery window. If we do not have a fresh item in stock we may offer you a frozen alternative. We will only send you frozen produce on your agreement. Please see our Delivery Terms & Conditions regarding frozen items

How much is shipping?

Minimum charge is £12. Cost varies depending on weight of shipment

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the UK mainland

How do you keep my pork cool during transit?

Our products are packed in a sealed polystyrene box with a cardboard outer and packed with ice to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the COVID-19 situation we are experiencing some delays in delivery and therefore delivery may take more than 24hrs.

What courier service do you use?

We use DHL's Next Day service

When will my pork be delivered?

You should receive you package by 6pm the day after it has been shipped

I wont be in when the courier deliver, what should I do?

You will need to notify the courier of any change in delivery instruction. You will receive information on how to do this once your consignment has been shipped. Failure to notify the courier could delay your delivery. We will not be held responsible for any spoilage caused by delays where you have been unable to receive delivery
